Compact Fluorescent Conversion Complete

January 23rd, 2008 · No Comments

The Swiss_Mouse has completely converted all his bulbs over to CFL lights.

Almost all.  All floods and regular lights.  Only dimmable lights and decorative bulbs are not converted.  Sure, it’s dimmer at first than it used to be, and no warning is on the package that you will stub your toes over and over again until the lights make it to full power, but the Swiss_Mouse is done.

How many bulbs?  Swiss_Mouse lost count.  It was at least 30 floods.  Kitchen, hallways, bathrooms.  Total investment is around $200.  And the Swiss_Mouse knows exactly to the penny how much he spend a month on electricity.  SO when the bills come in, hopefully he will see a reduction.  If not, then he is NOT going to watch that Al Gore docu-drama.
