In his wallet the Swiss_Mouse keeps a slip of paper. It has his goals on it.
Once upon a time, the Swiss_Mouse worked at the most horrid, awful, depressing company in the world. He left that job for one that was even worse.
However one human he befriended there remains a friend even today. She shared a secret that she said helped her get through the day and focus on the long term, not the short. Write down your goals. Every day. The Swiss_Mouse took this to heart and wrote his goals, both realistic and not so. You know: Play more guitar, eat more cheese, find a way to remove these pesky whiskers without having whisker-stubble. The Swiss_Mouse sat down and wrote his goals every morning.
However that became impractical after a while. The Swiss_Mouse was soon reading his goals every morning, but only rewriting them every so often. After a while the Swiss_Mouse forgot his goals. Then he would rediscover the paper in his wallet and revisit them. Last year the Swiss_Mouse pared down his goals. Releasing some dreams, but focusing on the achievable only. He actually was able to cross off one.
So, what is the point of this post? Write down your goals! Revisit them, if not daily, yearly!
But what does this have to do with the Cheddarblog and the quest for internet cheddar?
Well, the Cheddarblog is now two months old. Steaming along. It is time to revisit the “cheddar goals” and projects that the Swiss_Mouse deemed as potentials.
Originally the Swiss_Mouse though of creating and maintaining several blogs on various subjects. THAT goal is just too time consuming. The Swiss_Mouse has decided to focus on other cheddar making activities. Specifically those that make him “automatic cheddar”. An example that the Swiss_Mouse is sure you are tired of hearing about is Cafepress. The Swiss_Mouse needs to work on setting up a method of using the APIs to generate affiliate/referral income. No blogging, some coding, hopefully cheddar producing.
Another possible is an Amazon store, but realistically who makes money on those?
So the time to review the potential Cheddarblog goals is here. Tomorrow the Swiss_Mouse will report back on his specific endeavors and how the fit into his grand cheddar scheme.

I use Commision Junction for my affiliate sales lots of cheddar there.
Bidvertiser, Kontera & 7serach very slow but steady stream of revenue.
